The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.”
— John 10:10

recovery in christ when life is broken

re:generation

GOD LOVES YOU. When life is broken, He offers you a plan for healing, restoration, and new life. His desire is that you find the life of freedom and joy that He created you to experience with Him.

At some level we all experience brokenness. At re:generation, we see people experiencing growth and new life by working through the healing path God has given us in the Bible. Through this Christ-centered, 12-step program, God can bring you recovery and freedom. We pray that He will reveal the richness and depth of His love for you, no matter where you are.

No matter what stronghold you are struggling with: anxiety/depression, pornography, fear, control, substance abuse, codependency, sexual abuse, trauma, same-sex attraction, eating disorders/body image, anger, pride, obsessive thoughts, or if you just feel stuck in a particular area of life, come as you are and find that God wants to restore you. He loves you and has a plan for you. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to growing with you as you experience God’s love, receive His grace and walk in His freedom.

We would love for you to join us in this life-giving journey into freedom and abundant life.

No matter what your stronghold is, there is hope for you in Christ! In Christ, you can find freedom, love, grace and live life in abundance!

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor;
he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,
and the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn;
to grant to those who mourn in Zion—
to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified...
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord;
my soul shall exult in my God,
for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation;
he has covered me with the robe of righteousness,
as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
— Isaiah 61: 1-3, 10

What is re:generation?

  • re:generation started at Watermark in Dallas, TX over 20 years ago. Since then, God has used it to changed countless lives and journeys - to bring freedom to God’s children’s walking through any struggle and stronghold.

  • re:generation is a 12 step Christian recovery journey for individuals seeking freedom and healing from any stronghold/struggle in their lives. It is strongly built on and woven with Scripture, and not only helps address our struggles, but helps us discover and heal from the root of the issue - resulting in lasting change and a deeper walk with God.

“Sadly, many teenagers today are in need of recovery. Young people seem to be more addicted, anxious, stressed out, lonely and depressed than any group in recent history. Hurting adolescents desperately need caring adults who are willing to get to know them and accept them without condemnation. Most importantly, they need someone to introduce them to Jesus Christ and lovingly lead them on a path towards healing and purpose.”

RE:GENERATION for Students is for anyone in grades 7-12 who is seeking God’s help with the brokenness in their life and is willing to do the work required by this 12-week program.

Students: If you are ready to get well, you are welcome!

By walking the steps of healing given to us by God through the Bible, many people have found freedom from personal struggles like substance abuse, anxiety, obsesive thoughts, grief, people pleasing, sexual sin, eating disorders, the pain of a broken home, depression, suicidal thoughts, the pain of abuse, anger, and many more.

You will seek Me and find Me, when you seek Me with all your heart.
